Offshore Championships will be held during December 17th till 19th 2004
at Batu Ferringgi beach. Sanctioned by the IJSBA PENJET is sponsored
and endorsed by the Tourism Ministry of Malaysia, The Ministry of Youth & Sports
of Malaysia and the Penang Tourism Action Council.
This unique competition is open to all Malaysians and IJSBA affiliated
jet pilots. Apart from the international offshore race there will also
be an international closed course race during the competition.

The Penang Challenge Trophy will be awarded to the winners of each category.
Rules
The rules of ‘IJSBA 2004’ will be applied.
Race system for closed course & offshore
All offshore and closed course categories will use moto - scoring system
An offshore route has been charted and the total race distance is 70
nautical miles. The offshore race consists of three rounds with a mandatory
pit stop for refueling. The closed course race consists of three motos.

Batu Feringgi Beach on Penang Island is one of Malaysia's famous island
320-km north- west off Kuala Lumpur. Shangri-La Golden Sands Resorts

Registration Deadline
Please send a complete entry form before November 30, 2004.

for all overseas participants is made available. The package includes
